MAGICAL MERLIN
This week we have been learning about Merlin . . .
. . . Merlin is a TV programme but it is also a original legend about a King called Arthur . Arthur has a wife called Guinevere and a EVIL half sister called Morgana . Merlin is the person who protects him from Morgana. He is a magician who can do magic with his mind. We are going to watch the programme soon.
We are also learning about bridges with our river topic . We have just learnt today about the different types of bridges. There are: beam bridge , arch bridge, a suspension bridge, a cable bridge. In a few weeks we are going to build our own mini bridges to test how much weight they can take.
