This summer term we are studying:
The Aztecs- Weaving, map work, cooking, history of the Aztecs, ICT (book making)
Numeracy: divisibility rules, negative numbers, rounding, multiplying, fractions, addition, subtraction, probability, line graphs, angles, dividing, percentages and factors.
Literacy: Choral and performance poetry, 'There's a boy in the girls' bathroom', persuasive writing.
PE: Athletics, Tennis, Rounders and Kwik Cricket.
Have a look at the board games the children have made for their WWII projects. They are absolutely amazing! A big thank you to all the parents for the help and support. The children have loved playing them and have learnt an incredible amount.
The English National Ballet visit was also a brilliant day, which the children thoroughly enjoyed.
See if you can have a go at Mathletics at home and try to challenge yourself with the difficulty of the calculations.
