World War II. In Willow class this term we have started learning about World War 2 by looking at when it started in 1939 and when it finished in 1945. We have been learning about the famous British Prime Minister called Winston Churchill who gave fantastic speeches inspiring the British people to victory. Also we have been looking at Hitler and how he invaded Europe. We have written an information report on Churchill and Hitler during our literacy lessons.
